Blueberry Margaritas

Today I’m getting ready to leave for our weekend camping trip. I’ve got to take the dog to the boarders, get some groceries and lots of other little errands. I’d like to sit here and write a 500+ blog post but my daughter just brought me toys, and I’m so distracted. She’s super cute and it’s so much fun to play with her. I wonder how I did so much when my son was little. Oh wait that’s back when there was just one kid.

I’ve changed the name of the blog above to Eclectic Everyday, so I’ll be sharing more and more of other things besides food and cocktails, that is if I’m not too busy playing with the kids or just living and having fun.

So I’ll leave you with this fun Blueberry Margarita recipe for the weekend. Happy Friday!

Blueberry Margaritas

  • 2 cups ice
  • 3/4 cups blueberries
  • 4 oz Tequila
  • 2 oz Blue Curacao
  • the juice of 1 lime
  • sugar or salt to rim margarita glass
  • additional blueberries and lime slices for garnish

Add all ingredients blender.

Blend until the drink is smooth.

Pour into a frosty margarita glass rimmed with sugar or salt and enjoy!

    Hi Angie,

    Thanks for the idea!

Finally something else than blending blueberries in yet another breakfast smoothie 🙂

    Warm regards,

I attempted it and it became higher when I delivered a few club soda. So the next night time I remade this recipe as a mojito with mint and membership soda and rum. I appreciated that better than with the tequila. but I nonetheless loved this recipe. thank you for concept.
