Frozen Banana Cereal Pops

My kids get super hungry in the afternoon. After I pick my son up from school, and especially after he’s had baseball practice, he’s starving. So I try to keep healthy and tasty treats on hand that we can all enjoy together.

My favorite snacks to make are frozen bananas. We can enjoy them as an afternoon snack, after baseball game snack, or even as dessert. They’re cool and nutritious and when dipped in a little vanilla yogurt like I’ve done here, even more delicious!

To go along with these special treats, my son loves CAPRI SUN. They are fun and perfect for on-the-go, busy kids. And they have some great new options that my son and his friends love! Their four new drinks have All Natural Ingredients and No Added Sugar*.

They also have no high-fructose corn syrup. They don’t have any artificial colors, flavors or preservatives either.  They have the taste kids love, without the ingredients that parents don’t want in their kids’ drinks.

CAPRI SUN is a brand that continues to innovate by listening to its consumers, and knows that parents want to feel good about what their kids eat and drink. That’s one of the main reasons CAPRI SUN created four new products with All Natural Ingredients and No Added Sugar*, and why their products have never contained artificial preservatives, colors or flavors. They want to give parents options with ingredients that fit their lifestyle.

Frozen Banana Cereal Pops

These pops are so easy to make and make a perfect pairing to CAPRI SUN drinks! You start with some banana, cut them in half, and insert some popsicle sticks.

Then I just brush on some nonfat Vanilla Greek yogurt. The thicker Greek yogurt seems to stick a little better that the plain yogurt.

Next just roll the vanilla yogurt coated bananas in the yogurt and add the sprinkles. Then lay on a cookie sheet and place in the freezer.

After freezing, these make the perfect snack to enjoy in the afternoon or after dinner!
